As an intern at the SUNY (State University of New York) Potsdam Child Care Center I have observed many things about child development, behavioral growth, and communication in young children. In this presentation I show the children’s common activities. Classroom teachers and caregivers face many challenges. I have been able to see children’s frustration as they develop their thinking processes. I have also seen how children interact in the classroom and with peers, and how their development is influenced by what is going on at home. This internship has been a great learning experience that has shown me how better to interact with the children.
